After a Silvergate Homes Exterior Renovation | Modern yet classic, increased curb-appeal

Revitalize your Home

We grow fond of our neighbourhoods, the schools that our children attend, and the feeling of comfort that comes with knowing a community for so long. Maybe the lot for your current home suit your needs perfectly, but your lifestyle has simply outgrown your current home design. The great news is that your current home can be re-imagined in new and creative ways.

You should love your home – the place where you get to kick up your feet, share meals with family, and hang out with friends –  so renovating for the sake of keeping things fresh, inviting and comfortable is a something that should be celebrated!

Whether you’d like to update some key home features or rooms, add to your existing living space, or make a powerful impression with a complete home transformation; we’re excited to be part of your home’s redesign journey.

For more than 35 years, Silvergate Homes has been working with homeowners to bring custom renovations to fruition with the same personalized service and passion, attention to detail, and workmanship that we would put into the build of a home from the ground up.

In the Press

Recently featured in Niagara Life Magazine, Silvergate Homes returned to renovate its founding home. A five-month renovation project steeped in family and history, Ridge Point Drive Estate is the same home originally built in the 80’s by the company founder Vito Passero for his own family to call home sweet home.
