At this year’s Niagara Home Builders’ Association (NHBA) Awards of Excellence Gala, Silvergate Homes was honoured to win for the Most Outstanding Condo/ Townhome up to 1500 square feet for 54 Tulip Tree Common, nicknamed “Eclectic Dream”.
